Returns & Exchanges

NAGNATA offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided garments are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits must be tried on over underwear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Await Approval

  Our customer care team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel before sending it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
